Manju Menon is an experienced real estate professional with a background in engineering. She has lived in Dallas for more than 20 years and keenly follows the North Texas real estate market. Manju works with investment groups in starting, preserving and growing a broad portfolio of real estate assets. Manju brings the rigors of work experience in the fields of environmental compliance, quality assurance, and facilities engineering to this endeavor.

Manju works with multi-million dollar portfolios spanning raw & development-ready land, retail, office and medical assets. She is equally ready to serve investors testing the market for the first time as well as experienced clients looking to diversify their portfolios. Manju worked as a manager at Texas Instruments, Inc and Texaco Chemical Corporation.

 

She has served in leadership roles and continues to be active with several non-profit organizations in the local community. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Greenhill School of Texas.
